Meist ist es eines der folgenden Ursachen:
- Inkompatible Reste in /usr/obj
- gesetzte Variable in make.conf oder Environment
- Irgendwas hat sich in /usr/src eingeschlichen, das eigendlich nach
  /usr/obj gehört hätte und nun Ärger macht.

Ich würde als erste /etc/make.von controllieren und dann /usr/obj
löschen.
Wenn das nicht klappt, dann src/sys/boot löschen und komplett
neu besorgen.
