Mit dem Paketfilter Deiner Wahl, also IPFW oder IPF.
Oder beiden. ;-)

portmap hat zwar eine Option zum Binden, aber laut manpage
scheint das nur UDP zu betreffen (portmap lauscht aber so-
wohl per UDP als auch per TCP).
