sockstat ist Dein Freund (und webmin Dein Feind, aber das
weißt Du jetzt ja auch ...).

But seriously: sockstat listet Dir die Prozeß-IDs auf, die
zu den jeweiligen Sockets gehören. Damit ist ein gezieltes
kill kein Problem mehr.
