Ich würde ein »rm -r /usr/src« machen (wozu -f?).

Nö. Nur Deine Kernelkonfiguration solltest Du besser ir-
gendwo sichern. Und falls Du irgendwas an den Sourcen ge-
patcht hast, solltest Du das natürlich auch sichern.

Für ein laufendes System wird /usr/src nicht benötigt.
