Das geht in 5-current genauso wie eh und je:

Ist dort genau dokumentiert, mit Beispielen.

Ich weiß nicht, wie stabil und getestet raid(4) ist.
Vinum ist jedenfalls schon deutlich länger drin; man
sollte daher vermuten, daß es von mehr Leuten gestreßt
worden ist.
