Hast Du ipfw2 (Betonung auf »2«) aktiviert? Default ist
der herkömmliche ipfw. Es genügt nicht, nur im Kernel
IPFW2 zu setzen, sondern Du mußt auch die libalias und das
ipfw-Binary neu bauen, wie es in ipfw(8) dokumentiert ist.
