Ja, sehr ärgerlich. Gleiches Problem wie bei FTP oder IRC-
DCC (Direct Client-to-Client). Die Pappnasen, die ICQ »de-
signt« haben, haben offenbar nicht aus den Fehlern anderer
gelernt.

Ich kenne ICQ nicht so gut, aber bei IRC wird DCC haupt-
sächlich für zwei Dinge verwendet: Zum Übertragen von
Dateien zwischen zwei Chat-Teilnehmern und für »private«
Zwiegespräche, die nicht über die Server gehen sollen.
