Also, das kommt mir schonmal ziemlich suspekt vor. Ein
fremdes Kernelmodul, noch dazu mit einer v0.x-Version.
»Trafcount« klingt, als wenn das irgendwas mit dem Netz
zu tun hat, und die Panic tritt offenbar bei Netzaktivität
(slogin u.ä.) auf ... Jetzt zählen wir doch mal Eins und
Eins zusammen ... ;-)

Schmeiß jenes Kernelmodul raus und schau, ob das irgendwas
an der Situation verändert.
