Offenbar hast Du Dir irgendwie atrun zerschossen (d.h. das
Binary ist wahrscheinlich kaputt). Du solltest die gleiche
Fehlermeldung bekommen, wenn Du mal versuchst, es manuell
zu starten (einfach »/usr/libexec/atrun« eingeben).

Reparieren sollte man's so können:
# cd /usr/src/libexec/atrun
# make all install
