Auf was ich rauswollte ist, dass mkhtmlindex Teil des "imake"-Ports
ist. Falls der nicht installiert ist, sollte den der
XFree86-4-libraries Port aber automatisch installieren.
Installier doch mal imake (in ports/devel/imake) und schau mal,
obs dann geht.
