Den gibt's in keinem FreeBSD. Brauchst Du aber auch nicht,
denn pkg_info kann das ebenfalls:

$ pkg_info -W /usr/local/lib/libintl.so.2
/usr/local/lib/libintl.so.2 was installed by package gettext-0.11.1_3
