xl0: watchdog timeout mit einer cardbus karte

Ich bekomme die folgende Fehlermeldung:

xl0: watchdog timeout

...when i using the compatible driver for my 3Com 3c575C

the kernel meint:

cardbus0: Resource not specified in CIS: id=14, size=80

Ist das ein IRQ Problem? Die Netzwerkperformance ist grotten lahm...
