Das kann nicht die Ursache, weil /usr/local lokal vorhanden ist. Eine
ziemlich unelegante Lösung wäre natürlich einen Eintrag in rc.local
vorzunehmen. Falls bind nicht beim Booten gestartet wird, legt er so
ziemlich alle Netzwerkdienste lahm (squid, samba, sendmail).
