Das autoselect hat nichts gefunden. Du solltest den Me-
dientyp explizit festlegen, je nachdem, was Du da für einen
Hub oder Switch hast (10, 100, Full-Duplex, Halb-Duplex).
In den manpages ifconfig(8) und rl(4) findest Du die not-
wendigen Informationen.
