/tmp auf der /-Partition zu haben ist eine _ganz_ schlechte
Idee, und zwar nicht nur aus obigem Grund.

   # cd /
   # rm -rf tmp
   # mkdir /usr/tmp
   # chmod 1777 /usr/tmp
   # ln -s usr/tmp

Dann nochmal versuchen.
