Kann portupgrade nicht installieren

Hallo,

hab grad versucht portupgrade zu installieren, aber es will nicht, hab
dann die ports geupdatet, hat auch nichts geholfen.

Bekomme folgende Fehlermeldung:

Mir sieht das nach einem Problem in ruby aus.
