URW Kenne ich nicht.
Ich habe die hier drin (Section "Files"):
    FontPath "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/local/"
    FontPath "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/misc/"
    FontPath "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/75dpi/:unscaled"
    FontPath "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/100dpi/:unscaled"
    FontPath "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/Type1/"
    FontPath "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/Speedo/"
    FontPath "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/75dpi/"
    FontPath "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/100dpi/"

Kann natuerlich auch sein das du sowas drinstehen hast:
    FontPath "tcp/10.1.5.7:7100"
Dann sollte auf dem entsprechenden Rechner ein xfs laufen der
wenigstens die wesentlichen Fonts anbietet.

xf86config sollte dir eigendlich eine bauen in der alles wesentliche
drinsteht.
URW ist nicht mir unbekannt und vermutlich nicht zwingend notwendig.
