Danke für die Hinweise!
Ich benutze jetzt ebenfalls das VESA-Modul und dann funktioniert
es mit 640*480
Warum es ohne das nicht ging, ist mir allerdings noch nicht klar.
Wahrscheinlich, weil 320*200 max. Auflösung sowieso keinen interessiert hat...
