Mit disklabel -e, aber Du brauchst natürlich Platz direkt
dahinter, sonst geht es nicht. Oder Du hast vinum, dann kannst
Du einen concetanate dranhängen.

Danach brauchst Du growfs(8), das gibt's meiner Meinung nach nur
in FreeBSD-current bislang.
