Wenn Du das mehrmals hintereinander machst, passiert dann
jedesmal das gleiche an _exakt_ der gleichen Stelle?

Sieht für mich wie ein typisches Symptom für Hardware-Pro-
bleme aus (kaputter RAM oder CPU, überhitzte oder übertak-
tete CPU, evtl. ein kaputter Lüfter, zu enge RAM-TImings
etc.).
