FreeBSDs make release and CD-image

Hallo zusammen,

hat jemand Erfahrungen wie man idealer Weise nach einem make release von dem
ganzen eine CD macht (bootable)? Als Brenner steht mir leider nur eine M$
Schüssel zur Verfügung. Gibt es irgendwo eine Erklärung was "stage" und "R"
ist?
