libintl.so.1

Hallo!

ich möchte gtksee-0.3.0. Das installieren hat auch geklappt (nachdem
ich dazu tiff, gtk, glib und bzip in den aktuellen versionen geholt
hab, ich hab noch 3.1-RELEASE (weil cvsup einfach nicht will...), mit
dem Update aus den packages)

Beim starten von gtksee sagt er jedenfalls:
/usr/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: Shared object "libintl.so.1" not found
was auch war ist, weil diese library hab ich nämlich nicht. nur
libintl.a. Woher bekomme ich die fehlende library?
