Does anybody know how to install FreeBSD 2.2.1 with the following environment:

        - no Floppy-Drive !!
        - no IDE-Devices
        - SCSI: HD, Jaz, bootable CD-ROM, DAT

When I boot from the CD-ROM I get to the point where the bootstrap loader says:

>> FreeBSD BOOT @ 0x1000: 639/65472 k of memory
  Usage: [[[0:][fd](0,a)]/kernel][-abcCdghrsv]
Use 1:sd(0,a)kernel to boot sd0 if it is BIOS drive 1
Use ? for file list or press Enter for defaults

  Boot:

But there I don't know how to tell it to load the kernel from the same
medium as the bootstrap loader, i.e. the CD-ROM.
>From the documentation I think something like

  cd(0,a)/kernel

should work but it hangs up with the message

  Unknown device
  Can't find cd(0,a)/kernel

Why does a bootable Installation-CD not lead me directly to the
installation-program??????
