Hi all,
my free BSD 2.1 kernel has wored well for 4 month.
Now I have made the step to 2.2.
I installed it direct from the CD-Rom, all worked fine. After the
installation of 2.2 I installed the package bash also direct from the
CD.
Then I compiled my old kernel (the old config) under 2.2.
Compilation works well, booting is ok, firewall-function works BUT: now
there's no CD-ROM and I can't mount it manually????
Whats wrong (I dont have set options ATAPI_STATIC, is this the fault?)
Ciao
Werner
