Discontinuation of our FreeBSD mirror on mirror.netcologne.de

Hey FreeBSD,

unfortunately we need to scale down on some of our mirroring efforts and
will not be mirroring FreeBSD on mirror.netcologne.de any longer.

ftp4.de.freebsd.org is an alias for mirror.netcologne.de:
mirror.netcologne.de has address 194.8.197.22
mirror.netcologne.de has IPv6 address 2001:4dd0:1234:1::deb

Please change ftp4.de.freebsd.org and remove us from any lists.
