Looking at
<ftp://ftp.de.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/i386/packages-8-stable/net-mgmt/>,
I see the newest package is from Mid May.

ftp2.de.... and ftp.freebsd.org have packages as new as Early July.

Could someone look into the mirror setup of ftp.de.freebsd.org please?
