6.3 and 7.0 release bits missing on some .de.freebsd.org mirrors

Hi,

I tried to download 7.0-RELEASE i386 from ftp.de.frebsd.org and I realized
that some German mirrors are out of sync. Could the responsible persons
fix this?

ftp.de.freebsd.org = ftp3.de.freebsd.org no 6.3-R and no 7.0-R
ftp4.de.freebsd.org seems to be offline
ftp5.de.freebsd.org no 6.3 and 7.0 bits
