Well, CDs usually cost money for whomever is producing and
shipping them. Thus, it's not quite usual to get them sent
for free.

Please see any good bookstore to obtain a CD-ROM set. At least one
of the options is also Lehmann's Fachbuchhandlung where you can also
order them via the Internet (http://www.lob.de/).
