BSD mirror file missing?

Hi,
I've no idea whether the German FTP is maintained by a German
volunteer, so I'll write in English... I have noticed that
ftp2.de.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD carries all the ISO images of the new
4.6 release, while 4.6-disc1.iso is missing from the 'main' server
ftp.de.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD (/ISO-IMAGES-i386/4.6/), as well as
.gwdg-mirror. Was that done on purpose? Are the files merely 'not up
yet'? I think it's a little confusing.
