csh/tcsh mail notification

Letztens ging mir mein .login verloren und seitdem


funktioniert die Feature, dass man nach <cr> ueber neu


anstehende mail (You have new mail) unterrichtet wird,


nicht mehr.



Weiss jemand, welche csh/tcsh feature das ist?
